🏡 Domestic Customers
1. First Clean – Initial Visit
A one-off surcharge may apply for the first clean to bring your windows up to standard.
The amount depends on property size and chosen cleaning frequency.
2. What to Expect
We use a hot pure water system which removes everyday dirt and grime. It will not remove:
Paint, plaster, or concrete
Stickers/adhesives
Rust stains, chemical damage, or UV discolouration
3. Cleaning Frequency
Regular visits every 4 or 8 weeks.
Please allow up to 7 days flexibility either side of your scheduled date due to weather or workload.
4. Weather
We do not clean in heavy rain or extreme weather.
Light rain does not affect results, and cleans may still go ahead.
If rescheduled, your clean will be carried over and you’ll be informed.
5. Access & Cancellations
- You will receive a reminder message the day or evening before we arrive, reminding you to unlock gates and ensure all windows are closed for access.
If we arrive and gates are locked, we will knock once. If no one answers, we will clean the accessible front windows only and charge the full agreed price.
After sending a reminder, if we arrive and windows or skylights are left open, we will try to close them if possible. If we cannot, we will clean around them as best we can.
- In this case, the windows may not be cleaned to the usual standard.
- A small amount of water may enter inside, but this will not cause damage as our system uses low pressure.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all windows are closed before we arrive — we are not responsible for checking or closing them.
If access is denied, or you cancel on the day, the full price is still payable.
6. Ending Services
You may cancel anytime via email.
A minimum of 3 cleans applies. If cancelled before this, the balance of remaining cleans is due.
One-off cleans are only provided if agreed in advance.
7. Complaints
Issues must be reported within 24 hours of the clean.
We will return to re-clean affected areas free of charge.
Complaints after 24 hours may not qualify.
We operate a no-refund policy (re-clean only).
8. Payments
Regular cleans: GoCardless Direct Debit, collected 5 days after the clean.
One-off services: Cash or bank transfer on the day of service.
