Stages of pressure washing
A block driveway clean will entail several process to get it back to looking great for you again.
Many of the surfaces we pressure wash will need to be treated to ensure the finish is long-lasting. We only use premium sealants.
Once pressure washed, driveways are finished as standard with kiln dried sand and then can be sealed.

- Treatment to remove blackspot lichen
- Further weed control if necessary
- Second visit for Re-sanding all joints to ensure stability of the blocks

We advise all areas to be clear before we arrive or we can arrange this for you, to make sure we cover all surfaces.
We will also clean windows for you once completed if these are effected, leaving your home in pristine condition.
Over time, buildings whether home, commercial or industrial become dirty through engine fumes, bird droppings moss, algae and general dirt and grime.
Surfaces such as paths, patios and driveways can be heavily affected by moss and algae that can create a slippery, high risk area.
This can often happen over time, especially if the property is North Facing, one side will always suffer worse and require pressure washing more often than the other.

What Does it Cost?
We would always reccomend a site survey prior to any works are agreed. The below is a good guide of costs we charge.
No pointing, replacing blocks or slabs or re-jointing has been priced for.
Sanding will need to be carried out on a dry day. i will leave a bag with you and after time may need extra sand to sweep in joints.
