You are notified that a payment is coming out in advance, giving you the chance to raise any issues about the payment.
We will send you a link via email to setup a “gocardless” account for payment. (The link can be found on the top of your invoice after a clean). It’s extremely simple and you are fully protected by the banking services guarantee, just like a direct debit but with one main difference, we leave you in control. You will receive a payment request on completion of each window clean via email, then you just click the “authorise button” and we will receive payment.
